Guidelines Protocols in place here at High Hopes.

We are taking important precautionary measures to protect yourself and others from viral illness:

.  Who can enter High Hopes:

. Students, family members, staff, and caregivers can enter High Hopes.

. All tours, visitors, will not be permitted to enter at this time. They will be scheduled for a later date.

. All Who enter High Hopes:

. All who enter will have their temperature check prior to entering.  All those who present a temperature above 99 degrees will be turned away and recommended to see a doctor asap.

. All who enter must wear a mask. Please bring your own if possible. High Hopes will provide to those who need them. No one will be allowed to enter without proper gear.

. All are required to wear their personal gear during their time here at High Hopes. We understand that some brain-injured students will have difficulty wearing masks, we will continue to work with them through this process.

. We will adhere to social distancing practices at High Hopes.

. Guidelines

. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. High Hopes has many hand sanitizing stations throughout the building to assist.

. Do not touch your face, eyes, nose and mouth.

. Cover your cough and sneeze with a tissue or your elbow.

.  Avoid close contact with people.

. Stay home if you are ill!  You must be symptom free for 24 hours before you can return to the program. Anyone sick will be turned away at the door.

. High Hopes staff will be disinfecting surfaces (door handles, desk) and shared equipment (phone, keyboard, mouse etc.), before and after each person uses these items.

Please support High Hopes by following all the guidelines. We understand the need to keep our students, care-givers, staff and family members safe. We are looking forward to re-opening, providing services and achieving results far above expectations.

Thank you
